From the first dig — every month

We document every build at a steady pace: the same shot every month, the date, the stage, the facts. The strongest proof of punctuality is a sequence of photos from the same spot.

    Slab over the third floor poured; the brick coursing of the front facade begins.

    Structure on schedule — the weather buffer from March is still unused. On the boulevard front, the first metres of brick in the coursing known from the siding wall.

  2. Stacja WilgaStructure

    Third-storey walls; the lift shaft up to level +3.

    The load-bearing wall of building A has reached the third floor. In parallel we are running the under-floor services on the ground floor.

    Stage I handed over on time; stage II — slab over the ground floor.

    Stage I accepted 03.2026, on time to the month per contract. On stage II the slab over the ground floor of building A is closed.

    Foundation-slab concreting finished. Frost did not delay the work — pouring took place in a weather window with a heated mix.
