Andrzej founded Osnowa in 2010. A civil engineer, he owns the part that matters most: making sure every development stands where it should and is handed over on time.
His principle is simple: the buyer should know exactly where they stand. Hence the open construction journal and transparent pricing — facts instead of adjectives.
